Dr. Howard C. Yang is co-founder, chairman, CEO and chief scientist of Montage Technology, a public listed high-tech company in Shanghai, China. He has authored/co-authored some 30 peer-reviewed journal/conference papers and 25 patents. He was elected to IEEE Fellow in 2010 and elevated to IEEE Life Fellow in 2022. Dr. Yang is also an independent researcher in art history and book history where he has published several papers on classical Chinese paintings and books in leading professional journals in China.
