Sara Kata Kovacs is currently in the final year of her Master’s studies in Italian Studies at the University of Heidelberg. Her research interests focus on women’s history and Jewish communities in Tuscany, with particular attention to how women participated in and shaped social, economic, and cultural life in early modern contexts. At the Medici Archive Project, she serves as website manager and junior research fellow, and she collaborates with the Eugene Grant Jewish History Program, where she assists with archival research, document digitization, and database development.
