Congratulations to MAP Academic Board Member Prof. Sharon Strocchia! Her volume “Forgotten Healers: Women and the Pursuit of Health in Late Renaissance Italy” won the 2021 Phyllis Goodhart Gordan Book Prize (Renaissance Society of America).
Congratulations to Tamar Herzig!!!! Her book “A Convert’s Tale Art, Crime, and Jewish Apostasy in Renaissance Italy” (Harvard University Press, 2019) won the 2020 Dorothy Rosenberg Prize (American Historical Association). Prof. Herzig’s book also received an honorable mention for 2021 Gordan Prize (Renaissance Society of America).
