Three events: A Conference, a Lecture and a Book Presentation

On Friday May 27th, MAP Fellows Roberta Piccinelli and Julia Vicioso will be presenting papers at the one-day conference entitled IN UNA SOLITUDINE DELIZIOSA: LA RICERCA D'ARCHIVIO E LA STORIA DELL'ARTE at the Auditorium of the Archivio di Stato.
 
 
On Wednesday June 1st (6 pm), Sheila Barker will be speaking at the Harold Acton Library at the British Institute (Lungarno Guicciardini 9; http://www.britishinstitute.it/it/eventi/dettagli.asp?evnId=216). Her paper is entitled CARAVAGGIO, BERNINI, ARTEMISIA: NEW ARCHIVAL DISCOVERIES ON BAROQUE ART AT THE MEDICI ARCHIVE PROJECT. 
 
 
On Tuesday June 14th (4 pm), the book L'ASSASSINIO DEL DUCA: ESILIO E MORTE DI LORENZINO DE' MEDICI, written by former MAP Fellow Stefano Dall'Aglio, will be presented at the Auditorium of the Archivio di Stato. The speakers, moderated by Francesco Martelli, will be Alessio Assonitis, Vanni Bramante, Alison Brown, and Paolo Simoncelli.
