Fellowship Program Florence Application

Instructions:

  • All materials submitted by the applicant should be in English.
  • All materials should be in Microsoft Word or PDF format.
  • All materials should be submitted electronically as separate attachments and clearly labeled (ie: James Smith: research proposal.doc)
  • Please do not include supplementary material (publications, papers, syllabi, etc.) If additional material is needed, it will be requested by the Fellowship Coordinator.
  • Please include a header on every page of each element of the application, specifying: document title, full name of applicant and page number (for example: Research Proposal/Maria Bianchi/p.2)

In addition, please have 2 references mail, email or fax reference letters (before the application deadline) to:

A full Curriculum vita, including archival and computer experience and a selective bibliography (3 pages maximum)

A concise discussion of the applicant’s ongoing interest in archival research (3 pages maximum)

A concise proposal for research and publication relevant to the work of the Medici Archive Project (3 pages maximum)
